Your local FLYSURFER dealer is the fastest and most cost-effective option for service. They can assist you directly and help you save on shipping and customs fees.

Service order process

Here’s how FLYSURFER service orders are handled:

  1. Receipt Confirmation
    Once we receive your product, you’ll get an email confirming that your goods have arrived.

  2. Inspection & Quote
    After a detailed inspection, we’ll send you a service quote that includes the total cost and payment terms.

  3. Approval & Payment
    Once we receive your payment (required in advance), we’ll schedule your repair immediately.

  4. Repair & Shipping
    As soon as your equipment is repaired, it will be shipped via UPS within 1–2 business days.

Important Information for Shipments from Non-EU Countries

  • A €70 import and handling fee applies to all shipments from outside the EU.
    (This fee is added to the regular repair and service costs.)

  • Please note that additional import duties may be charged when the repaired item is re-imported to your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

 

Warranty Exception:
In warranty cases, FLYSURFER will cover all related costs, including shipping and fees.
